90-day Brain Transformation


Our 90 Day Brain Transformation Program, based on a combination of work from renowned expert Dr. Brian Mowll, the Health Coach Institute and FloLab Coaching, uses our transformational coaching method and key concepts of the Mastering Blood Sugar Program as well as the 8-Week Blood Sugar Bootcamp to help you take your brain health to the next level. You'll learn how to identify and remove inflammatory foods and add in brain-boosting compounds in your diet, add targeted movement to your exercise routine, and understand the role stress and toxins play in your journey to better brain health.
